This policy explains how the SiteKhata mobile app (“the app”), published by CodersAI (“we”), handles your information. In short: we do not collect any personal data.

Data we collect

None. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not run any server that receives your data.

Data stored on your device

Everything you enter, such as site names, owner names and phone numbers, expenses, payments, notes and bill photos, is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. It is not uploaded anywhere. Your language and display preferences are stored the same way.

Camera and photos

The app asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to attach a bill photo to an expense. The selected photo is copied into the app's private storage on your phone. The app does not access any other photos.

Sharing reports

When you tap “Share PDF” or “Share Excel”, the app creates a report file and opens your phone's share menu. The file goes only to the app or person you choose (for example WhatsApp or email). Those services handle the file under their own privacy policies.

Deleting your data

You can delete any expense, payment or site inside the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of its data from your phone. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover it for you.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
