This policy explains how the Pankti Bhojana mobile app (“the app”), published by CodersAI (“we”), handles information. In short: we do not receive, collect or store any of your data. Your data stays on your phone and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive.

What the app stores

Everything you enter is stored on your phone: your business name, phone number, address, logo, tax and bank/UPI details, your menu and prices, packages, and quotations with the customer names, phone numbers and event details that you type in. We have no server and no user accounts, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking.

Optional backup to your Google Drive

You can sign in with Google to back up and sync your data between your own phones. If you do:

• The app asks for one Google permission only, drive.file. It lets the app see and change only the files and folders the app itself creates in your Google Drive. It cannot see or open any of your other files.
• The app creates a folder called “Catering Quotes” in your Drive with a spreadsheet (your menu, customers and quotations), the PDFs you share, and your logo and photos. These files belong to you.
• Your data goes directly from your phone to your Google Drive. It does not pass through any server of ours, and we cannot read it.
• You can stop at any time: sign out in the app, or remove the app's access in your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Your files stay in your Drive until you delete them.

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Permissions

• Contacts (optional): only when you tap to pick a customer from your contacts. The app reads the name and number of the contact you pick, and nothing else.
• Photos (optional): only when you choose a logo or a dish photo. The app copies the picture you choose into its own storage and does not access other photos.
• Internet: only for the optional Google Drive backup, and to open links such as WhatsApp.

Sharing quotations

When you tap “Share PDF” or “Message on WhatsApp”, the app creates a file or message and opens your phone's share menu or WhatsApp. You decide who receives it. The app never sends anything by itself. Those services handle what you send under their own privacy policies.

Customer information

You enter your customers' names and phone numbers yourself, for your own quotations. They are kept only in your app and your own Drive. Please treat them as you would any customer record.

Deleting your data

You can delete any dish, package, customer or quotation inside the app. Uninstalling the app deletes its data from your phone. Files in your Google Drive stay there until you delete them. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover or delete it for you.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
