Where is my data stored?
On your phone. If you turn on backup, also in your own Google Drive, in a folder called “Catering Quotes”. We never receive your data.
Do I need to sign in with Google?
No. Everything works without signing in, including PDFs and sharing. Backup is optional and lets you see your menu and quotations on a new phone.
How do I use my data on a new phone?
Install the app, then Settings → Back up to Google Drive, and sign in with the same Google account. Your menu, packages, customers and quotations appear after the first sync.
Can I edit the Google Sheet by hand?
Yes, but also change the updated_at cell of that row. Otherwise the phone's copy replaces your edit the next time the record changes in the app.
How do I change the language of the quotation?
Each quotation has its own language (English, Kannada or Hindi). Choose it when you make the quotation. The app screens use Settings → Language.
I deleted a Drive file by mistake.
PDFs can be made again from the quotation. If the spreadsheet is deleted or in the trash, the app creates a new one and sends everything from your phone to it.
